During a recent visit to Fort Hood Texas while attending the 4th Infantry Division's 2003 Reunion I was afforded the opportunity to view the honors bestowed on all the 4th Division's Medal of Honor recipients at the Museum and the WALL OF HONOR. Donald Evans was well memorialized at the National Site
