This year we'll be reuniting in Towson, Maryland, just a few miles north of Baltimore. Many will be arriving on Wednesday, may 29th so that they will be there for the Thursday trip into Washington DC Friday will be an open day for touring.

Wednesday will be the day folks will be arriving in order to catch the bus taking us into Washington DC on Thursday.

Thursday we'll be spending the day in our nation's capitol. The bus is a luxury coach with toilet facilities and nothing like the bus pictured above. I was only fooling with you. However it seats 57 people so when everyone learns how to reserve seats on the bus it is in your interest to reserve seats early. We are not taking reservations now to allow folks who are not on the internet to have the same chance to get a seat on the bus. If we go over the limit, we'll see if we can arrange transportation with people we know are taking their own transportation. It's imperative that we know ahead of time who is going to assure no one gets left behind during this first historic trip to The Wall to honor our fallen brothers at the Vietnam Memorial.

When we leave there we'll be having a buffet at the American Legion Post in Towson.

Friday evening will feature the opening of the official reunion 2013 celebration.

Saturday we will be traveling to nearby fort McHenry where we will pay tribute to the men of the 12th regiment who participated in the defense of the fort.

During our return to the hotel we will be paying our respects at the gravesite of Jim Mosgrove, an honor roll member of our company.

Our annual ceremony  will take place on Saturday afternoon.

On Saturday evening we will be enjoying our yearly social which will feature the music of     Al Parson's band, seen, on the right and heard, by clicking on this link

During intermission, I will once again play DJ with dance and singing contests. We never learn!

Sunday, after breakfast, we will say our goodbyes for the year.

Special recognition must be given to Joe Amos and Al Parsons for their 'boots on the ground' accomplishments during the preparations for this reunion.

Al was asked to recon the hotel site to be sure it would be suitable for us. He sent back photos and acknowledged that the hotel was just what we needed.

Joe checked out the area and was able to not only acquire the free use of the American Legion hall for Thursday evening, but also was able to locate a caterer in the area that could provide us with a buffet for a reasonable price. He also is coordinating the trip to the cemetery in Baltimore where Honor Roll veteran Jim Mosgrove is buried so that we can stop by and pay tribute to him on our way back from Fort McHenry on Saturday.

Specific details are given on the days pages which can be reached returning to the Links page below right.
