A/2/12 Inf suffered
104 of 324 deaths in 2/12 Inf between 1966 - 1971. That comes out to 32%, and is
the most of any of the 6 companies, HQ, A, B, C, D, E. That count was consistent
throughout each year except 1971. B & C were at 20%.
I originally received the battalion list several years ago from one of the 4ID
Vets who was working to ID the company level unit of each of the soldiers from
4ID killed in Vietnam.
